COVID-19/FLU Vaccination

The general population may receive the annual COVID & FLU vaccines starting on October 27, 2025

All individuals in high-risk and priority groups are eligible for both vaccines NOW however NO FLU SHOTS YET

Currently Available Vaccines: Moderna first vaccine made in Canada (6months – adult) & Pfizer made in Germany (5y – adult)

Walk- in ONLY Thursdays 3PM – 5PM Moderna

Walk-in ONLY Saturdays 1PM – 3PM Pfizer

  1. High-risk populations 
  • Residents in congregate living settings (e.g. chronic care facilities, long-term care homes)
  • Adults 65 years of age and older 
  • All pregnant individuals 
  • All children 6 months to 4 years of age 
  • Individuals in or from First Nations, Métis or Inuit communities 
  • Individuals 6 months of age and older with the following health conditions(e.g. Cancer, asthma, diabetes, transplants) 
  1. Priority Populations 
  • Staff and care providers in congregate living settings (e.g. chronic care facilities)
  • Health care workers 
  • First responders 
  • Members of underserved communities 
  • Individuals whose occupational activities increase their risk of exposure to avian influenza
